Sparkling Mint Juleps

Serves: makes 1 cocktail
Ingredients
- 5 mint leaves + a sprig of mint for garnish
- 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon bourbon
- 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon lime juice, plus lime slices for garnish
- 2½ teaspoons maple syrup
- handful of ice
- ¼ cup 14 Hands Brut
Instructions
- In a jar, combine the mint, bourbon, lime juice, maple syrup and stir. Pour into an 8 ounce julep glass filled with ice and top it off with the sparkling wine. Garnish with more lime slices and mint leaves.
