Our Saturday morning farmers market walks have become few and far between lately. This morning felt a little cooler normal (86 vs. 103), so off we went. But after a sweat-drenching walk back, I have just one thing on my mind: big cold summer salads.

The summer’s ahead, but 2 or 3 of those recipes were saving me in a deep winter time – edible sunrays : D
Looking so yummy my mom was cooking truly yummy food like this in her young days i was really enjoyed these kind of foods when she is going to start the recipes my Little brother and sister is jumping on the sofa hahaha that was truly an loving moments. thanks for remembering me those days i really grateful of you.

Thank you for this summer salad inspiration!!! My kitchen is undergoing a renovation, and I can only prepare cold foods. This helps me tremendously. All I have/need right now is my garden and my refrigerator. So excited to try the summer peach and corn salad (peaches are about to be in season here in CO!)…thanks!
