Here on Love & Lemons, we have tons of tips and recipes to help, but it’s not always easy to sift through the recipe index or read every post to find what you’re looking for. I get it!

Enter: this new email series. I created my 5-Part Guide to Healthy & Delicious Vegetarian Eating in response to some of the most common questions readers ask me. It includes my best tips for cooking healthy comfort food, making vegetables taste awesome, eating plenty of plant-based protein, and more!
