Ice
1 ounce gin
½ ounce fresh lemon juice
½ ounce Simple Syrup
3 ounces Champagne or Prosecco
Lemon twist, for garnish

Instructions

In a cocktail shaker with ice, place the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
Shake until chilled and strain into a Champagne flute or coupe glass.
Top with the Champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.
