Tofu Sandwich

Ingredients

1 recipe BBQ Tofu, cut into slabs
BBQ sauce, for brushing
4 brioche buns or regular hamburger buns
Mayonnaise, or vegan mayonnaise
Cabbage Salad or Vegan Coleslaw
Sliced avocado
Dill pickles

Instructions
